If you select Campaign Budget, you need to select the budget for entire campaign but if you select the Ad set Budget you have to selct for only only particular ad set which you can see in Ad set
Also you can select daily budget / life timebudget according to your preference
3. Special Ad Categories


You can select your category for your ads based on your company/business you are in, and if your business is not in the mentioned categories you can leave untouch by clicking ‘Next’
4. Conversion Location


From the above list you can select any of the destination for your ad
5. Performance goal


You can select options based on your goal for your ad
6. Budget / schedule
Note : if you already selected the budget in the 2nd point then you don’t need to select again in this part
Here you can select budget and also can schedule ( schedule must be a 24 hours if you set end date )
7. Audience


Here you can select location, interest, age, country, demographics and many more
8. Placement


You can select where your ad should appear or not on both Instagram and facebook
9. Ad Setup Format


From the above image you can select the either single image or video nor carousel.
If you select carousel you can add multiple image to showcase your ad unlike the 1st option
